  • Santization and Hygiene
    All our products are made in a highly sanitized kitchen by our team while adhering to all the precautionary measures guided by the government. We guarantee all these precautionary measures from our end. However, we cannot control the actions of the rider from the third-party app once the order has been dispatched. We recommend that you sanitize the bag and cake box before consumption. We request you to allow us with some flexibility during this crisis.
  • How do you ensure that our order is not damaged during transit?
    Our cakes are handed over frozen so as to avoid damage during transit. Please allow it to defrost for 30 minutes prior to consuming.
  • How do we manage pick ups?
    Our pick up timings are between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM daily. We request you to collect your order within these hours. We only offer delivery for products 1/2kg and below between Juhu and Bandra, for pick ups, you could use third party apps such as Wefast, Dunzo and SwiggyGenie to have desserts below 1kg collected. We recommend self-pick up or pick-up via cab for anything above that size.
  • Do you deliver to other cities?
    Currently, all our products are only available in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Santacruz, Mumbai
  • How do I place an order?
    We bake all our desserts on order. You could place an order through our Website or order over Whatsapp +91 9136105835.
  • Can your desserts be made eggless?
    Certain desserts are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and/or refined sugar free. Please check our menu for updates on the same.
  • Do you Deliver?
    We are now delivering products weighing 1/2kg or less via a third party service provider. For all other orders, we are pick up only. You could use any of these delivery apps to have it collected! https://wefast.in https://www.dunzo.com/
